We had an exciting weekend! Blake had his first birthday party (pics to come) and then we celebrated the Fourth of July in Crowley with family. I tried to get my hardest to get a picture of Blake for his first Fourth of July, but getting this kid to sit still is impossible lately. Even his buddy Carter tried to get him to sit still and look at the camera. Nothing stops this kid.
"Lady, give up. I'm not going to sit still."

By the time we headed out for fireworks Blake was exhausted and fell asleep in the car.
He was unimpressed by the show. Maybe next year will be more exciting for him?
